1. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. The service
TechSinghge provides business ledgers, inventory, invoicing, expense, cashbook, reminder, cloud-sync and reporting tools. Current features are available free of charge, but features may be improved, replaced or discontinued.
3. Your records and responsibilities
You own the business content you enter. You grant us the limited right to process that content only to operate, secure and support the service. You are responsible for lawful collection of customer details, maintaining suitable backups and checking every invoice, balance, tax rate and report before relying on it.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use TechSinghge for fraud, spam, harassment, illegal lending, unlawful payment collection, malware, intellectual-property infringement or attempts to bypass security. You must have permission or another lawful basis before storing contact information or sending reminders.
5. Free access
All current software features are presently available free of charge. No card or subscription is required. TechSinghge may introduce optional paid services in the future, but any price and renewal terms will be shown clearly before purchase.
6. Future paid services
If optional paid services are introduced later, cancellation and refund terms will be provided before checkout and will not change an existing free account into a paid subscription without clear user consent.
7. No professional advice
The product is a record-keeping tool, not an accountant, tax adviser, lawyer, bank or regulated payment provider. Tax presets and calculations are editable starting points. You must verify local invoice, GST/VAT, bookkeeping, privacy and retention requirements with a qualified professional.
8. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations, permanent storage or suitability for a specific legal or accounting purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechSinghge is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, missed payments or decisions made from user-entered records, except where the law requires otherwise.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers and liability—survive termination.
11. Changes and contact
