No current software charge
No card, checkout or subscription is required to use the existing software features. Because no payment is collected for current access, there is no software charge to refund.
Existing orders
If you previously completed a paid or test order, contact support@techsinghge.in from the purchasing email address with the order number so it can be reviewed.
Future paid services
If optional paid services are introduced later, their price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown clearly before purchase.
How refunds are processed
Approved full or partial refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and may also issue refunds or handle chargebacks under its policies. Depending on the bank or payment method, an approved refund can take several business days to appear.
Consumer rights
This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Contact support@techsinghge.in before starting a payment dispute so we can investigate quickly.
