1. Information we handle
When you create an account, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider and a unique account identifier. When you use the software, you may enter customers, suppliers, phone numbers, ledger entries, invoices, product stock, expenses and cashbook records.
2. Local storage
Business records may also be stored in your browser's local storage on the device you use. They remain there until you clear browser data, remove them through the product, or the browser/device removes the data.
3. Account and cloud storage
Firebase Authentication is used for email/password and Google sign-in. Signed-in business records may be stored in Cloud Firestore so they can sync across devices. Security rules restrict each signed-in user to their own business collections.
4. Payments
TechSinghge is not currently charging for access to its existing software features. No card or checkout is required. If paid services are introduced later, their price and terms will be shown before purchase.
5. WhatsApp reminders and external links
When you choose a WhatsApp reminder, the software creates a message and opens WhatsApp with the customer number you supplied. Sending is controlled by you and is then subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy practices.
6. Website analytics and consent
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, device/browser information, approximate region and how visitors move through the public website. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled. Analytics storage is denied by default and enabled only after you select “Allow analytics.” Your choice is saved in your browser and can be reset by clearing this site's browser storage.
7. How information is used
- Provide authentication, ledger, stock, invoice, report and cloud-sync features.
- Measure and improve public website usability when analytics consent is granted.
- Provide customer support.
- Protect accounts, prevent abuse and troubleshoot service errors.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting and security obligations where applicable.
8. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers required to operate or measure the product, including Google Firebase for authentication/database services, Google Analytics when consent is granted, and hosting/infrastructure providers. They process information under their own agreements and policies.
9. Retention and deletion
Local information remains on your device as described above. Cloud account and business information is retained while your account is active and as needed for fraud prevention or legal obligations. You can permanently delete your account and synced data from Dashboard → Account. You may also contact support from your registered email.
10. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to identity checks required by applicable law. Dashboard → Account provides password recovery and account deletion controls. You can also disconnect Google sign-in through your Google account settings.
11. Security and children
We use authentication, access rules and encrypted provider connections, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. TechSinghge is intended for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
12. International processing and changes
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Appropriate provider safeguards apply where required. We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change; the date above will be revised.
