General Policy: All Sales Are Final
Thank you for shopping at TechSinghGE. Due to the digital nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund policy to protect intellectual property.
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been successfully delivered to your provided email address or made available for download. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you simply decide you do not want the product after delivery.
Eligibility for Refund Consideration
Refund requests will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our side.
- Defective Product: The product file is corrupted, damaged, or completely unusable.
- Significant Misrepresentation: The product received significantly differs from its description on our store.
To request a refund under these terms, you must contact us at support@techsinghge.in within 7 days of your purchase, providing your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.
Non-Refundable Items & Situations
The following are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances:
Partial Refunds
In rare cases, if a product is delivered but fails to work due to unresolvable technical issues on our platform, a partial (rather than full) refund may be granted at our sole discretion.
Exchanges
We do not exchange digital products. If you experience a technical issue with a download (e.g., a broken link), please contact us, and we will provide troubleshooting support or a replacement download link.
Gifts
If a digital product purchased as a gift is defective or not delivered, the gift-giver must contact us with proof of purchase. We may, at our discretion, issue a replacement product or store credit to the original purchaser.
Shipping & Delivery
All our products are digital and delivered electronically. You will receive access via an instant download link or a delivery email immediately after your purchase is confirmed. No physical items are shipped.
